Frequently asked questions
I can’t hear any sound
On iPhone, check the silent switch on the side. The game respects your silent setting, so there is no sound while it is on. Also check that sound isn’t turned off in the game’s Settings.
My progress disappeared
Your game data is saved in two places on your device. If one is erased, the app restores it from the other when you reopen it. If it still doesn’t come back, your device’s storage may have been full. Deleting the app also deletes your progress, and it can’t be recovered.
An item I bought didn’t arrive
Tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of the Shop. Items you can buy only once per account (the Starter Bundle and the Lifetime Festival Pass) can be re-delivered with this button. If it still isn’t resolved, email us the name of the item and the date you bought it.
I’d like a refund
Purchases are handled by the store, so refunds must be requested through the store as well: for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, in your Google Play order history.
What are the Pal draw odds?
You can see every Pal’s odds under Pals tab → “View Odds” in the game. The odds never change based on how many times you have drawn.
How do I stop my child from buying by accident?
On iPhone, go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → In-App Purchases. On Android, use Google Play’s purchase authentication and parental controls.
How do I change the language?
The game follows your device language. To change it, go to Settings → Language in the game and choose Korean or English.
I want to start over
In the game, tap Settings → Help → “Erase save and start over” twice. This can’t be undone, so please be careful.
